Roux Seattle Rates
Because personal chef services are customized to each client, there is no
set fee structure. Below you will find some sample scenarios. If we can
answer any questions, please give us a call.
Consultations are always complimentary.
A guide:
• An “entrée” is a meal such as poached salmon. For example, if you
request personal chef services three nights a week, you will have
three “entrees” prepared for that week.
• A “serving” feeds one individual. Multiple servings of the same
“entrée” means enough food is made to serve multiple people.
• A “side dish” is a soup, salad or dessert. You may request a pairing of
side dishes with any entrée for an additional cooking fee.
Sample scenarios:
Three entrees, two servings each (6 meals)……… $230* plus groceries
This may be three dinner entrees in a single week, serving two
people.
Five entrees, two servings each (10 meals)………. $280* plus
groceries
This may be five dinner entrees in a single week, serving two
people.
Five entrees, six servings each (30 meals)……….. $360* plus groceries
This may be five dinner entrees in a single week, serving a family
of six people.
*The above fees include menu selection, shopping, cooking, packaging
and kitchen clean up. Groceries are billed at cost to the client.
Special offers:
When you work with Roux Seattle on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly
basis, you enjoy a 10 percent discount on chef services.
Special occasions:
Dinner parties, cocktail parties, brunches and other special events for
groups of six?? Or more may be customized to meet your needs.
Beyond chef services, we can provide servers and assist in arranging
rentals and décor such as tables, chairs, linens, tableware and flower
arrangements.
Chef Rates………… $40/hour
Server Rates……..... $25/hour
Rentals and flower arrangements are billed at cost to the client.
An 18% service fee will be applied to special occasion services.
Cooking classes:
Cooking classes are offered as private lessons (1-2 people) or group
rates (8 people maximum).
Chef Rates………… $40/hour – with a four hour minimum commitment.
Groceries are billed at cost to the client.
Gift certificates:
Give the gift of Personal Chef Services with a gift certificate from Roux
Seattle. You may select a dollar amount to apply to any of our services
including regular meal preparation, a special occasion, cooking classes
and more. Let us know what you have in mind.
